The new Regus offices are now open for business at Manor Royal.

Serviced office provider, Regus, took a 15-year lease at CC3, Churchill Court last year and opened their business centre in November – creating much-needed small and flexible office solutions for local businesses.

The newly refurbished building, that underwent £4 million of improvements last year, has also recently been brought by West Sussex County Council for £11.25m - demonstrating the huge confidence investors have in the town and Manor Royal itself.

Regus will pay an annual rent of £682,201, equating to £25.50 per sq. ft (£274 per sq m) for the flexible Grade A and EPC A asset.

Regus Churchill Court offers a highly connected business hub, with serviced offices, co-working space and meeting rooms ideal for companies wishing to expand and grow.

In the heart of Manor Royal, the offices are surrounded by over 600 blue-chip businesses, such as Virgin Atlantic, HSBC and Deloitte. They also provide excellent transport connections. Manor Royal East bus stop is right outside the building, Crawley town centre is only 1.5 miles away and Three Bridges train station just a five-minute bus ride.
